It is not only
the food which makes Cascada Bar & Grill Creede's
dining sensation but the atmosphere as well.
Cascada is located on HWY 149 at the entrance to
Creede. The building which is designed to
maximize your dining pleasure has a number of unique
features.
Cascada features
Mineral Counties only "Water Wall" which must be seen to be appreciated.
Owner Denise Dutwiler wanted to create a dining atmosphere where one
could gaze upon the mountains while the soft fall of water falling
provided the background ambience. In fact the name Cascada
translates to Little Waterfall in Spanish.
Authentic
artifacts and art pieces decorate the dining area throughout. For
those diners who prefer an outdoor setting Cascada offers the largest
outdoor deck in the area with over 900 square feet of outdoor dining.
For those
historians, Cascada even features a bit of Creede history. Many
years ago Creede featured a bowling alley where the K-Belle grocery
store now sits. The designers of Cascada were able to find
one of the old bowling lanes and convert it into the bar.
